I'm Tom. I moved to Kotor in 2022 and never went back.

I was paying £1,800 a month for a flat in Bristol. A Reddit post told me I could get a flat inside Kotor's old town walls for €650. I flew out "just to check." Three years later, I've been to all 25 Montenegrin municipalities, picked up enough local to order coffee without pointing, and eaten ćevapi in places with no English signs.
